Questions people actually ask
- Do the people in the room need anything?
- No — not a phone, not an app, not a link, not a code. You open the activity on your screen and read the card out. That is the whole setup, and it is why nothing ever fails in the first two minutes of a session.
- How long does it take to pick one and start?
- About thirty seconds. Filter the library by the room you have — virtual, in person, high energy, no props — open one, and it is on the projector. Every activity is written to be explained in twenty to thirty seconds.
- Do I have to prepare anything beforehand?
- No. Most activities need nothing at all; the handful that want a pen or a marker say so on the activity page under Props, before you commit to it. There is nothing to print and nothing to set up.
- What actually happens on screen while I run it?
- Each activity is a run of cards. One instruction fills the screen — WALK, FREEZE, GROUPS OF 4 — and you press on when the room is ready. You control the pace; nothing is on a timer.
- Will these work on a video call?
- 39 of the 100 do, and they say so on the card. Those carry a separate on-a-call version of the instructions rather than a note apologising for the in-person one. The rest need a room.
- What if somebody cannot or does not want to move?
- Every activity has a seated version, written out on its page. The watch-outs also flag anything involving contact, so you can pick around it rather than discover it mid-round.
- How big a group can I run this with?
- Each activity states its own range on the card — some work with six people, some with two hundred and fifty. The library shows the range before you open anything.
- I have never facilitated before. Is that a problem?
- No. Every activity comes with the exact words to say to the room, a step-by-step run-through, the traps worth knowing, and optional debrief questions. You are reading, not improvising.
- Can I use these in my own paid workshops?
- Yes. Run them with your clients as often as you like for as long as your plan is active. You cannot resell or repackage the activities themselves as your own material.
- What happens when the ten days end?
- Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically — there is no card on file to charge. The five you unlocked stay on your shelf, and you pick up All Access whenever you want the other ninety-five.
