By accessing or using Vootza, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Vootza is a library of ready-to-run icebreakers and energisers for trainers, coaches and facilitators. A facilitator opens an activity and steps through it on their own screen; the room takes part in person or on a video call.

Participants do not join, download anything, or create accounts, and Vootza does not collect anything from them.

As an account holder you are responsible for:

• ▸Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• ▸All activity that occurs under your account
• ▸Ensuring anything you upload — your organisation's logo, for example — complies with applicable law and does not infringe third-party rights
• ▸Not using the platform for any unlawful, abusive or fraudulent purpose

Access to certain features of Vootza requires a paid subscription. All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. By making a payment, you agree to our Refund Policy.

You retain ownership of anything you upload to Vootza. By uploading, you grant Vootza a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the platform for the purpose of running your sessions.

The activities themselves — their text, card runs and artwork — remain the property of Thought Bulb Research and Development LLP. You may run them with your groups; you may not resell or redistribute them as your own material.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thought Bulb Research and Development LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Vootza, including loss of data, revenue or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Vootza in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Many activities on Vootza ask people to move around a room. Each one carries its own watch-outs, and every activity can be run seated.

You are responsible for judging whether an activity suits your group and your space, and for the safety of the people in the room. Vootza provides the material; the facilitator runs the session.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of Vootza at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
