Vootza is a product owned and operated by Thought Bulb Research and Development LLP, registered in India.

Vootza is used by one person — the facilitator — from their own screen. We collect:

• ▸Your name and email address, provided when you create an account
• ▸Your organisation's name, and its logo if you upload one
• ▸The activities you mark as favourites
• ▸Usage data: pages visited and actions taken within the platform
• ▸Billing details, held by our payment provider rather than by us

Nothing from the people in your room. Participants do not sign in, join, scan anything or use their phones. Vootza never sees their names, their answers or their photographs, because none of that is ever sent to us.

Your information is used solely to:

• ▸Operate and improve the Vootza platform
• ▸Keep you signed in and remember your favourites
• ▸Provide customer support
• ▸Process payments securely, via our payment gateway partners
• ▸Send you service messages about your account

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with:

• ▸Payment processors, for billing purposes only
• ▸Infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) under data processing agreements

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data by emailing hi@thethoughtbulb.com.

Vootza uses cookies and local storage to maintain your session and preferences. These are essential for the platform to function and are not used for advertising.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
