All purchases made on Vootza — including subscription plans and any other paid features — are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase on Vootza, you acknowledge and agree that:

• ▸No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed.
• ▸Unused subscription periods are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
• ▸Cancelling a subscription will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for any amount already charged.

We may consider refunds only in the following limited circumstances, at our sole discretion:

• ▸Duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our platform
• ▸Payment processed but access never granted due to a system failure

To raise such a request, please email hi@thethoughtbulb.com within 7 days of the charge, with your payment receipt and a description of the issue.
