Command Chain
Every command stays in. The chain gets longer until the room breaks.
One physical command goes up, and the room does it. Then a second, and the room does both in order. By the sixth the whole room is running a sequence nobody could have remembered on their own — which is exactly when it falls apart, loudly, and everybody is still doing it together.
The room has been sitting still and you want everyone on their feet doing the same thing inside thirty seconds, with no props and no explaining.
