Point at someone. They make the ears, their neighbours make the paws. Slip up and you point.
A three-person shape has to appear instantly wherever you point — the person pointed at plus both neighbours, each doing a different part. Anybody who is late or does the wrong part takes over the pointing, and the whole circle has to stay alert because it could be them next.
A room needs sharp attention and a bit of silliness, and everyone can stand in a circle.
