Rock Paper Scissors Evolution
Start as an egg. Lose and you go back. It gets loud.
Everyone starts as an egg and can only challenge another egg. Win and you evolve; lose and you drop back a stage. Each stage has its own noise and posture, so the room can see who is where without anyone keeping score, and the sound of forty adults being eggs is the reason to run it.
You have a big room, a big group, and permission to be loud — an offsite or a conference rather than a client boardroom.
