Team Shape Relay
Four shapes, in order, against the other teams. First team standing wins.
Teams race each other through four shapes made with their bodies, in order, hands up after each one. Unlike a shape-calling warm-up, this one is scored and sequential — you cannot start the next shape until the last is done, so the team that stops arguing first wins, which is the entire lesson and nobody has to be told it.
You want small teams competing physically in a couple of minutes, and you want a winner at the end rather than a warm feeling.
