Throw a sound across the circle. Catch it exactly, then throw a new one.
An invented sound and gesture is thrown across the circle; whoever catches it repeats it exactly, then invents a new one and throws that to somebody else. It gets a room making noises they would never normally make in front of colleagues, which is precisely the loosening it exists for.
A room needs properly loosening before anything creative, and has already done something easier first.
