The Way You Do It
One person turns away. The room gets a secret way of doing everything. They work out what it is.
The guesser turns their chair to the back wall while the screen gives everyone else a secret — like you are in a big hurry. Then the whole room does ordinary things that way: answering a phone, making tea. Working out the secret from forty people making tea in a hurry is a properly good puzzle.
A room has warmed up and wants something with real thinking in it, and you have a door people can step outside.
