The Handover

Explain your job to somebody in ninety seconds. Then they explain it to the room.
Pairs explain their actual work to each other in ninety seconds, then present their partner's job back to the room. Hearing your own job described by somebody who has known about it for ninety seconds is genuinely instructive, and everyone learns who does what.
A room from different teams needs to understand what everybody else actually does, usually at the start of cross-team work.
