Sixty Seconds Each

One minute to find out something surprising. Then swap. Then swap partners.
Pairs get sixty seconds each to find out one genuinely surprising thing about the other, then everybody changes partners and does it again. Three rounds and everyone in the room has learned something unexpected about six people, which no amount of going round the table achieves.
A room needs to meet each other properly rather than exchange job titles, and you have ten minutes.
