Three in Common

Find three things your group shares. Nothing obvious allowed.
Small groups hunt for three things everybody in them has in common, with the obvious ones ruled out β same employer, same room, two arms. It forces a real conversation within about forty seconds, and the third thing is always the one worth hearing.
Small groups need to become a group rather than a set of individuals, before they work together on something.
